How do I order samples or request general information?
Select items from the website and hit “Add to Quote”. When checking out, fill in the order form completely and you will be contacted by one of our representatives. If you have questions feel free to contact us at: Email: email@example.com or Call: 800-292-0292
We are Business-to-Business, wholesale only. We are available Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:00 EST.
What is the most efficient way to order?
If your request is for 1, 2 or 3 items please call us. If you want several items or more, it is best to email your Purchase Order to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 215-245-5593 with as many item numbers, size and colors you require. If your order is unclear we will call you immediately. You may always call us at 800-292-0292 during our business hours Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm. Eastern Time (Philadelphia/New York).
What if I don’t find the product I need on your site?
Call us at 800-292-0292 to discuss the product you need. Not every item in every product group can be shown on the website. Norman Shatz Company will help you customize an item exactly for your finished product. We have been helping our customers develop special products for over 88 years. If we do not have the item you want, we can probably make a suggestion to help you.
Where are you located? Do you have a showroom?
We are located in Bensalem, PA. Bensalem is just beyond Northeast Philadelphia. We are located less than a quarter mile from US Route 1, near exit #351 off the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Customers are welcome to visit us. We do not maintain a retail-like showroom. Please call ahead to set up an appointment. You can call the same day you want to come in!
Do you sell “Direct or Retail”?
We sell wholesale only. Products are packed in larger amounts (i.e. 10 gross, 1,000 or 5,000 per box) and are shipped only in those quantities. In some situations we can accommodate your request. You are welcome to email us with your smaller quantity requirements and an explanation. The minimum order, on all orders is $100.00.
What items are in stock?
We stock over 2,000 different items. Cord locks, size labels, nylon hardware, dee rings, elastic, metal snaps, and more. Many items in colors and certain sizes are special order. BEFORE we accept your order for a special item, we will explain every detail, provide similar samples, quote an accurate price, explain production time and answer every question to your satisfaction.
What are the prices for the items shown on the website?
A specific price list is not available. Norman Shatz Company is constantly researching new techniques to be efficient and lower your cost per item. Please understand the quantity you expect to purchase will affect the final price. We assist our customers based on the specific application and usage to offer you the most efficient cost. Many items can be purchased in smaller quantities. Some special order items will require minimum orders or surcharges. We will explain all costs in full detail before you enter your order.
How will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, samples are usually sent via United States Post Office. If you require rush service, please provide your FEDEX or UPS account number for faster service. We will make every possible attempt to send samples or items we have in stock the same day you call!
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa & Mastercard. Minimum order for all credit cards is $100.00.
What is the minimum order?
Many of our stock items can be ordered by their packing amount of 1,000 poly bags, 10 gross/box, 300 yds/spool. Every item is different. The minimum is $100.00. We will make every attempt to accommodate your needs and make you a regular customer.
